Hi, I'm Naomi... I'm a mom of two boys, and an optimist. (My family calls it "living in a bubble" because I don't like watching the news! But who needs all that negativity!?)
Here's a bit about me if you're curious!
I've very down-to-earth and love to meet new people. I've been fortunate enough to have travelled a fair amount, lived in Spain for 7 years, and moved back to Canada in 2019. I have a great appreciation for other cultures and other ways of life. My family comes from all over - my father is from Morocco, my mother's side is from Scotland. I have relatives from England, Spain and Germany, and my grandmother's ancestors were some of the first settlers in Victoria!
I feel that my biggest strength is reading people and being sensitive to what is needed in the moment and being adaptable to the situation I'm in.
Rather than trying to fit you into my style, and putting the same filter on every photo, I try to think of how I can add my artistic touch to your session and your uniqueness.
My goal is that your photos will take your breath away every time you look at them!

I edit with true-to-life colors so the photos look vibrant and alive, and I give myself very high standards for my work because I know how important it is to the families who will treasure their photos for years to come.

My mission is to unveil the beauty in all living things, big and small. Through fine art photography and teaching workshops, I aim to inspire a deep connection with nature, fostering a commitment to its protection. Let’s celebrate life’s milestones and the wonders of the natural world, ensuring a legacy of appreciation and preservation for generations.
I love the wilderness, mossy trees and the smell of the forest after it rains. I’ll venture anywhere for a photo and my shoes are never too special to get dirty.
When you work with me, I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. (It’s not your job to be a professional model!)
We will have fun, and you can totally be yourself. If you need a little direction because you don’t know what to do, I’ll offer posing suggestions, or give you something to do so you can focus on a task instead of the camera.
